Flemington farm, Peeblesshire

"About ¾ of a Mile South East from Callands House, this name applied originally to a farmhouse & Mill situated beside the stream bearing its name & about 7 or 8 chains North of where it flows into the Lyne Water. The house is two storries high & slated, with outhouses & garden all in good condition There is no Mill now but the place still retains the same name & is occupied by William Murdoch, herd, The Property of the Earl of Wemyss."
