      BRYDON - After a lingering illness on Sat. May 1, 1915 at his parents residence, 85 Collier St., Toronto, Newton R. Brydon, only son of John H. Brydon, aged 21 years.
      Funeral at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

      Obituary in the Toronto Star added that he came to Toronto when he was 18 and became a bookkeeper for the Dominion Express Company. Before his health failed he was an ardent athelete, playing rugby with the Toronto Argos.
