    • Many friends and relatives through the Province and the U.S.A. will regret to learn of the death of the late William BRYDEN who passed away early on Thursday morning November 8, 1951 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Campbell, West New Annan. The deceased was 83 years of age and was a highly respected citizen and prominent farmer in this community. For the past seven years he suffered from ill health and made his home in New Annan. He was the son of the late James and Mary Anne BRYDEN. Surviving are four brothers Harry in Providence U.S.A. James in Fairview Alberta; Arthur in Denmark and Charlie in Tatamagouche and one sister Mrs. Susan K. CLARK of Tatamagouche. One sister Margaret nurse in Providence for a number of years predeceased him in 1922. Funeral Services was held from Sedgewick Memorial Presbyterian Church on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock. Rev. William ISAAC conducted the service. Favorite hymns led by the Choir were sung ' The Lord's My Shepherd The Sands of Time and Abide with Me. Pall bearers were Arch and Clarence LOCKERBY; Harry BRYDEN; George CLARK; Roland Campbell; and Delmar VINCENT. Interment was in Sunnyside Cemetery.
